between 9.30 am and 10.30 am - Improvers/intermediate Pilates
between 10.45 am and 11.45 am - Improvers/intermediate Pilates
Tuesday
between 11.15 am and 12.15 pm - Mixed abilities Pilates
between 1.15 pm and 2.00 pm 60 plus Pilates
between 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm - Mixed abilities Pilates
Thursday
between 10.45 am and 11.45 am - Improvers Pilates
